Studio at thinkEAST update

HACA subsidiary AAHC and partners Atlantic Pacific Management and Madhouse Development Services this week began pouring the slab for Studio at thinkEAST, a 182-unit affordable housing community just north of Airport Road off of Shady Lane in Austin. One-hundred percent of the units will be affordable to families earning 60 percent of Austin’s median family income.
