HACA subsidiary AAHC and partners Atlantic Pacific Management and Madhouse Development Services this week began pouring the slab for Studio at thinkEAST, a 182-unit affordable housing community just north of Airport Road off of Shady Lane in Austin. One-hundred percent of the units will be affordable to families earning 60 percent of Austin’s median family income.
City leaders and developers marked the opening of Avanti Legacy at Rosewood on Wednesday, a new affordable senior housing community aimed at easing housing costs for low- to moderate-income residents.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, was held Thursday at the new senior living community located at 51 N. W.S. Young Drive.
