Henry Flores - President

Henry oversees the implementation of business strategies and development plans to ensure their alignment with Madhouse financial objectives. He is responsible for advancing employee engagement and ensuring that development staff have the resources and information required to achieve individual success thereby maximizing opportunities.

 

Henry Flores, IV - Vice President

Henry currently oversees the strategy, planning implementation and operations of Madhouse. His position also entails coordinating various aspects of the development process including navigating complex financial structuring including tax-exempt bonds, housing tax credits, and conventionally financed rental communities.

 

Michael A. Tamez - Vice President of Development

Michael aids Madhouse in new project development, acquisitions, and assessing project feasibility. His position also entails leading the implementation of planning, design, and overseeing new construction projects.

 

Alyssa Flores - Development Manager

Alyssa aids the company in new project development, acquisitions, and assessing project feasibility.

 

Jonathan Estrada - Development Associate

Jonathan aids the company in new project development, acquisitions, and assessing project feasibility.

 

Alia Govani - vice president of accounting

Alia’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all accounting functions, financial statements, and budgeting.

 

Katherine Garcia - Accountant

Katherine’s primary responsibilities includes day-to-day accounting, creating reconciliations, preparing project draw requisitions, and completing ad hoc projects.

 

Laura Irwin - Avanti Resident Services Manager

Laura oversees Avanti Resident Services and facilitates linking our residents to supportive services and community resources, offered at no cost to our residents.

 

Allison Ma - Senior Asset Manager

Allison aids the company in evaluating real estate opportunities, managing a portfolio of multifamily assets, and oversight of third-party service providers.

 

Michael T. Meaney - Construction Project Manager

Michael oversees the General Contractor partners by ensuring that schedule, quality, and budget are tracked and maintained throughout the project’s life.

 

Renee Marble - administrative Assistant

Renee’s primary responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day operation of our busy office.
