Henry Flores - President

Henry oversees the implementation of business strategies and development plans to ensure their alignment with Madhouse financial objectives. He is responsible for advancing employee engagement and ensuring that development staff have the resources and information required to achieve individual success thereby maximizing opportunities.

 

Henry Flores, IV - Vice President

Henry currently oversees the strategy, planning implementation and operations of Madhouse. His position also entails coordinating various aspects of the development process including navigating complex financial structuring including tax-exempt bonds, housing tax credits, and conventionally financed rental communities.

 

Michael A. Tamez - Vice President of Development

Michael aids Madhouse in new project development, acquisitions, and assessing project feasibility. His position also entails leading the implementation of planning, design, and overseeing new construction projects.

 

Alyssa Flores - Development Manager

Alyssa leads development projects from acquisition through construction completion and lease-up. She also aids Madhouse by providing legal guidance on company operations and financial closings.

 

Alfredo Reyes-Vega - Development Associate

Alfredo provides comprehensive support across the entire project lifecycle, from initial site evaluation, financial underwriting, and due diligence coordination to tax credit application preparation, construction oversight, and lease-up stabilization.

 

Christina Parker - Development Specialist

Christina has a versatile support role, driving the success of multifamily projects across Texas by providing hands-on expertise throughout the development lifecycle—navigating everything from site selection and permitting to finance closings and asset management to ensure every community thrives.

 

URI SUVALSKY - Construction project manager

Uri drives the seamless execution of construction projects by managing budgets, schedules, and regulatory risks from initial design to final turnover. He coordinates across all teams to ensure every development meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

 

Alia Govani - Chief financial officer

Alia provides executive leadership over the strategic financial vision and fiscal health of Madhouse by overseeing the entire accounting/finance department and driving long-term profitability. By balancing daily financial management with high-level investor relations, she ensures the company’s sustained stability and regulatory compliance.

 

Katherine Garcia - SENIOR Accountant

Katherine’s primary responsibilities includes day-to-day accounting, creating reconciliations, preparing project draw requisitions, and completing ad hoc projects.

 

Laura Irwin - Avanti Resident Services Manager

Laura oversees Avanti Resident Services and facilitates linking our residents to supportive services and community resources, offered at no cost to our residents.

 

Allison Ma - Senior Asset Manager
