Alyssa Flores is a Development Manager for Madhouse Development. With a focus on navigating the complexities of housing finance, Alyssa oversees projects from initial site acquisition and entitlement through construction completion and lease up. Alyssa is also a practicing attorney who provides legal guidance for Madhouse’s internal operations and financial closings. Before joining Madhouse, Alyssa worked for the Texas Legislative Council where she drafted legislation for state legislators involving the regulation of state agencies, state government contracting and procurement, disaster funding, data privacy and cybersecurity, and water regulation. Alyssa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law. When not at work, Alyssa loves to read, volunteer, and spend time with her husband, daughter, and fur baby.
