Construction Project Manager
As Construction Project Manager at Madhouse Development, Uri supports projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with general contractors, consultants, and ownership to ensure successful delivery.
Uri’s background in architecture and real estate development provides a strong technical and operational foundation for his role. He began his career in architectural practice, with experience at firms such as Perkins&Will, where he contributed to commercial projects with a focus on design development, construction documentation, and consultant coordination. He later transitioned into real estate development upon joining Journeyman Group, where he helped drive the execution of 10 multifamily projects totaling more than 2,200 units and $455 million in development costs. Serving first as a Development Associate and later as a Manager, Uri brought a design-driven and detail-oriented approach to the development team, strengthening consultant coordination, supporting underwriting and feasibility efforts, and helping guide projects from entitlement through construction and closeout.
Uri graduated cum laude from Universidad de Monterrey with a degree in architecture and is actively progressing toward licensure in Texas. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Austin’s restaurant scene, attending live music events, and running Lady Bird Trail.
