Bradley Stahl is a Development Associate at Madhouse Development, where he contributes to the execution and management of project development across key markets.

Before joining Madhouse, Bradley worked for a national developer specializing in student housing and market-rate multifamily communities. Over his career, he has been involved in more than a dozen ground-up developments totaling over $900 million in total project costs.

Earlier in his career, Bradley served as a Portfolio Analyst, where he evaluated assets under management, supported disposition efforts, and performed detailed financial underwriting for both acquisition and development opportunities.

Bradley earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys following local sports, traveling internationally, and spending time on the golf course.
