Henry oversees the implementation of business strategies and development plans to ensure their alignment with Madhouse financial objectives. He is responsible for advancing employee engagement and ensuring that development staff have the resources and information required to achieve individual success thereby maximizing opportunities.

Henry Flores, IV - Vice President

Henry currently oversees the strategy, planning implementation and operations of Madhouse. His position also entails coordinating various aspects of the development process including navigating complex financial structuring including tax-exempt bonds, housing tax credits, and conventionally financed rental communities.

Toby Williams - Madhouse Development

Toby Williams - Development Manager

Toby’s primary responsibilities include new project development, acquisitions, determining project feasibility, securing financing through various public and private sources, and overseeing the design and construction of multiple developments.

Toby joined Madhouse in 2015.

 
Michael Tamez - Madhouse Development

Michael A. Tamez - Development Manager

Michael aids Madhouse in new project development, acquisitions, and assessing project feasibility. His position also entails leading the implementation of planning, design, and overseeing new construction projects.

Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University

Michael joined Madhouse in 2017.

 
 
Christian Garcia - Madhouse Development

Christian Garcia - Assistant Development Manager

Christian is responsible for multiple components of the real estate development life cycle. He aids senior staff in project feasibility, acquisition, entitlement, design, and management of ground up new construction.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Accounting from Angelo State University’s Norris-Vincent College of Business

Christian joined Madhouse in 2019.

Laura Irwin - Avanti Resident Services Manager

Laura oversees Avanti Resident Services and facilitates linking our residents to supportive services and community resources, offered at no cost to our residents. Her mission is to aid growth of our residents by building a sense of community, propagating self-sufficiency, and improving overall quality of life.

Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin

Laura joined Madhouse in 2018.

Dash Groody - Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Dash is Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive Team while providing day-to-day administrative operations, office management, and ongoing support to the entire Madhouse Team. She provides in house creative support designing marketing material, presentations, and web collateral as well as coordinating team social events.

Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University

Dash joined Madhouse in 2016.
